This course is a detailed walkthrough of real world use cases and scenarios where we’ve seen automation produce results. As we walk through the examples, you’ll develop your own automation lens that helps you spot opportunities in your own business,

What should I expect?

When you unlock the course content you’ll get immediate access to the entire course.

After the introduction, the next three sections examine automation opportunities within the customer journey – from capturing leads, to converting clients, and then ultimately creating fans with the new customer onboarding process.

Then, in the fifth section of the course we’ll take a look at less common automation use cases, exploring ways automation might be able to simplify your own processes and workflows, or reduce manual effort from you and your team.

Any prerequisites?

This course covers automation strategies and theoretical concepts, so to begin implementing these in your business you’ll want to have the right tools and tech to support you.

If you already have a CRM, email marketing platform, and shopping cart – great, you’re good to go.

If you don’t, you can still take this course and we have no doubt you’ll leave with ideas and inspiration; but your ability to apply these concepts will be dependent on the tech stack you have to support it.
