Top 10 Subject Lines of 2016
When your email arrives in someone's inbox, it's often showing up between an email from Grandma, and a twitter notification that Beyoncé just retweeted you. Safe to say you've got some competition, and your subject line may just be the difference between being read,...
Most of my knowledge is not in my head
Last night I sent a quick survey to my Monkeypod OG members asking a few questions. (What membership?) One was: What do you want or expect from Monkeypod this year? I woke up this morning to dozen or so responses, and they've continued to trickle in throughout the...
Integrating LeadPages and Keap
Keap's landing pages have actually come a long ways, and if you haven't used them recently, they're worth another look. They're mobile responsive now, and just generally easier to use. However, they're still not as full-featured as we need sometimes. So, plenty of...
Infusionsoft December 2016 Update
Closing out the year strong with another solid Infusionsoft update. And as you may expect, there are a few features I wanted to highlight this month that will make our lives easier. Let's get to it: Feature #1: Campaign Categories (Easier) What it does: You can now...
5 Tips for Using Infusionsoft Support
Editor's note: It's my pleasure to welcome back a good friend of mine, and today's guest author - Thomas Jones. Thomas was the head of my department at Infusionsoft for a while, and before that, he was the director of the Technical Support team at Infusionsoft. We all...
3 Times Zapier Saved the Day
When I worked at Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) I was often asked to recommend third party tools that would solve the problems that Keap didn't natively address, but if I'm being honest, I didn't really use any of those tools first hand. I avoided using them because I...

Every time I’ve read your blog or log into the private Facebook user group I learn something new from the Monkeypod gang. And the courses that I’ve purchased and gone through have been invaluable to my business. Thanks!
Greg is my Infusionsoft saviour. His passion and in-depth knowledge of the CRM, together with an incredible sense of humour, makes him the perfect person to calm you down when you are struggling with your CRM. I could not thank him enough for all the times when he saved me and showed me the little tricks that he has mastered over the years with Infusionsoft. If you work with Infusionsoft, Greg is the person to speak to.
When I joined Infusionsoft in 2012, Greg was the trainer assigned to me. He was absolutely the best! Recently, when I couldn’t figure something out, I wrote to Greg for help and, after answering my question, he suggested I join his membership program. I did, and it was a great decision. I learned more in the first three days then I had in the past few years.
My goal was to upgrade how I’m using Infusionsoft, and with the help of Greg and his team, it’s already happening. I’m hooked and appreciate all the help I’ve gotten already.
Great, to-the-point Starter Kit course with some helpful "ninja tricks" sprinkled in.
I'm really happy I bought the course to quickly get comfortable with navigating and beginning to use [Keap].
I feel that I saved myself a lot of time and headache by not spinning my wheels on my own.
Thanks for the high-quality (and entertaining) instruction, Greg!
