11 Steps to Launch an Online Course
Recently I've seen a handful of questions in a variety of locations from businesses and individuals looking to take their expertise, and launch an online course. I know this can be an intimidating process, and it absolutely is a robust undertaking - but I recorded...
How to use Keap’s dynamic content feature
Update: If you have questions about using Dynamic Content then check out this Facebook group that started specifically as a place to share ideas and use cases for this feature. You may have heard me say this before, but I believe Keap's campaign builder is the world's...
Reacting or Responding
The difference between reacting and responding What do you do when something goes wrong? I'll tell you what I do in a minute, but first, think about what you do. Before you answer, think about how many times in a single day something goes wrong. Maybe not terribly...
3 Marketing Automation Myths
You may have heard this story before, but before I worked at Keap I owned a business in Lansing, Michigan installing and servicing draft beer dispense systems. I didn't realize it at the time, but a big part of why I ultimately left that business was because it was...
How Referral Tracking Works in Keap
There have been a few conversations in public groups lately on the topic of Keap's referral partner tracking - and so I wanted to write a quick post just to cover how the partner tracking works (and how it doesn't). But first, I want to make sure we're all on the same...
2019 Year in Review
Whelp - turns out this is the year where I do one of those "year in review" style posts. In the past, I've talked myself out of it for one reason or another, but this year I'm sharing for a few reasons: I believe it's important to recognize and celebrate our own...

Every time I’ve read your blog or log into the private Facebook user group I learn something new from the Monkeypod gang. And the courses that I’ve purchased and gone through have been invaluable to my business. Thanks!
Greg is my Infusionsoft saviour. His passion and in-depth knowledge of the CRM, together with an incredible sense of humour, makes him the perfect person to calm you down when you are struggling with your CRM. I could not thank him enough for all the times when he saved me and showed me the little tricks that he has mastered over the years with Infusionsoft. If you work with Infusionsoft, Greg is the person to speak to.
When I joined Infusionsoft in 2012, Greg was the trainer assigned to me. He was absolutely the best! Recently, when I couldn’t figure something out, I wrote to Greg for help and, after answering my question, he suggested I join his membership program. I did, and it was a great decision. I learned more in the first three days then I had in the past few years.
My goal was to upgrade how I’m using Infusionsoft, and with the help of Greg and his team, it’s already happening. I’m hooked and appreciate all the help I’ve gotten already.
Great, to-the-point Starter Kit course with some helpful "ninja tricks" sprinkled in.
I'm really happy I bought the course to quickly get comfortable with navigating and beginning to use [Keap].
I feel that I saved myself a lot of time and headache by not spinning my wheels on my own.
Thanks for the high-quality (and entertaining) instruction, Greg!
