The Infusionsoft File Attachment Hack That You Now Need
Whoa, that is easily one of the most technical and nerdy titles I've ever given one of my own blog posts. But, lemme explain before anyone goes anywhere. When you want to attach a file to an email in Infusionsoft, historically you've been able to use the File Snippet....
Lifecycle Marketing Perspectives: Part 3
This is now the third post in the Lifecycle Marketing Perspectives series, the first one is right here if you'd like to catch up. But here's the gist of it, Lifecycle Marketing is invaluable, and every small business should map out and implement a Lifecycle Marketing...
The New Email Builder
Without any fanfare, the long awaited mobile responsive email builder was released yesterday. And the world didn't explode. I know that thousands of Keap users have been anxiously waiting for this builder since long before they announced it was coming (at ICON in...
The February 2016 Update
You guys know the drill. Infusionsoft releases an update - I write a blog post geeking out on all the new features we have to play with. The February 2016 release is coming out this week, and this update brought the noise and the funk just in time for ICON. Let's do...
Lead Nurture Myth #3
I think the first and second posts I wrote dispelling these myths probably gave you plenty of context, but in case you haven't read them, or have forgotten: Nurture is really, really important. Nurture Myth #3: Nurture is something you do for your business. Sometimes...
The Secret to Keap Reporting
Have you ever felt that Keap's reporting was lacklust, or just plain weak? Lots of people have. I've heard that sentiment more than a few times. It's clunky, I'll give you that. But I think that Keap's reporting is actually much more powerful than most people give it...

Every time I’ve read your blog or log into the private Facebook user group I learn something new from the Monkeypod gang. And the courses that I’ve purchased and gone through have been invaluable to my business. Thanks!
Greg is my Infusionsoft saviour. His passion and in-depth knowledge of the CRM, together with an incredible sense of humour, makes him the perfect person to calm you down when you are struggling with your CRM. I could not thank him enough for all the times when he saved me and showed me the little tricks that he has mastered over the years with Infusionsoft. If you work with Infusionsoft, Greg is the person to speak to.
When I joined Infusionsoft in 2012, Greg was the trainer assigned to me. He was absolutely the best! Recently, when I couldn’t figure something out, I wrote to Greg for help and, after answering my question, he suggested I join his membership program. I did, and it was a great decision. I learned more in the first three days then I had in the past few years.
My goal was to upgrade how I’m using Infusionsoft, and with the help of Greg and his team, it’s already happening. I’m hooked and appreciate all the help I’ve gotten already.
Great, to-the-point Starter Kit course with some helpful "ninja tricks" sprinkled in.
I'm really happy I bought the course to quickly get comfortable with navigating and beginning to use [Keap].
I feel that I saved myself a lot of time and headache by not spinning my wheels on my own.
Thanks for the high-quality (and entertaining) instruction, Greg!
