3 Things (Most) Infusionsoft Users Get Wrong
Editors Note: Hey all, my good friend Paul Sokol or PLS consulting is back with another post this week, and predictably, it's a good one. When I was first hired at Infusionsoft I remember being impressed by Paul's knowledge and professionalism...
Build an Email Preferences Center (in under 16 minutes)
A while back I wrote a post about how most people think about email permission the wrong way, and they see it as a barrier, instead of as a tool that they can leverage. I made the recommendation that you could start gathering interest as your audience expresses it by...
Most people get THIS wrong (About Email Permission)
If you met me while I was training at Infusionsoft University, you may remember that one of my favorite sessions was all about email permission. This often stood out to people because email permission isn't exactly a sexy topic. When compared to teaching lifecycle...
How to Generate 132 Newsletter Ideas
I've got a guest post here from one of Infusionsoft's brightest personalities - Judi Miller. You may know her as the voice of Infusionsoft's training webinars, or just from her numerous contributions to the Infusionsoft ecosystem at large. Suffice to say, Judi has...
Icebergs to sink your LCM Ship
The first thing you need to know is that Lifecycle Marketing transcends Infusionsoft. It's a stable concept for small businesses everywhere. The common mistakes I'm going to outline here are not unique to Infusionsoft users. They're prevalent throughout the small...
The August 2015 Infusionsoft Update
With another Infusionsoft update being released this week, I thought I'd take a moment to give you my thoughts on the new features. This update includes a handful of bug fixes, and then two much more noticeable changes. So, without further ado, the first big change is...

Every time I’ve read your blog or log into the private Facebook user group I learn something new from the Monkeypod gang. And the courses that I’ve purchased and gone through have been invaluable to my business. Thanks!
Greg is my Infusionsoft saviour. His passion and in-depth knowledge of the CRM, together with an incredible sense of humour, makes him the perfect person to calm you down when you are struggling with your CRM. I could not thank him enough for all the times when he saved me and showed me the little tricks that he has mastered over the years with Infusionsoft. If you work with Infusionsoft, Greg is the person to speak to.
When I joined Infusionsoft in 2012, Greg was the trainer assigned to me. He was absolutely the best! Recently, when I couldn’t figure something out, I wrote to Greg for help and, after answering my question, he suggested I join his membership program. I did, and it was a great decision. I learned more in the first three days then I had in the past few years.
My goal was to upgrade how I’m using Infusionsoft, and with the help of Greg and his team, it’s already happening. I’m hooked and appreciate all the help I’ve gotten already.
Great, to-the-point Starter Kit course with some helpful "ninja tricks" sprinkled in.
I'm really happy I bought the course to quickly get comfortable with navigating and beginning to use [Keap].
I feel that I saved myself a lot of time and headache by not spinning my wheels on my own.
Thanks for the high-quality (and entertaining) instruction, Greg!
